Our Story
A company grounded in two founding principles: honesty and an ownership mentality, or as we like to say, treating every home as if it were our own.
After working with different property management companies, our founders realized there had to be a better way. They created Pro X to do things differently. Rather than taking on every client that walks through the door, we take a selective approach. We limit our client pool intentionally so we can provide the quality service and personal attention that serious investors deserve.

Co-Founder
Cole co-founded Pro X Property Management after experiencing firsthand the frustrations of working with property managers who didn’t treat his investments with care. As an investor himself, Cole understands what owners need: transparency, communication, and a partner who treats every property like their own. He leads the company with a focus on building long-term relationships with investors who are serious about growing their portfolios.
Cara Tramell
Operations Coordinator
Cara keeps Pro X running smoothly behind the scenes. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that owners and residents receive prompt, professional service. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help the team deliver on their promise of treating every home as if it were their own.
Cara has lived in the Ozarks her entire life and has a deep appreciation for the community and the people who call it home. She wants to help property owners and residents feel confident, supported, and at ease—whether that means protecting a valuable investment or ensuring a place truly feels like home.
She takes pride in solving problems before they become stressors, bringing a proactive and thoughtful approach to property management. Her goal is to make property ownership feel simple and seamless while ensuring residents feel cared for, respected, and heard.
Her passion for real estate began at a young age, sparked by an admiration for the unique character and charm of homes throughout the community.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and creating new memories with her family.
Kaye Lurvey
Leasing Coordinator
Kaye manages the leasing process from start to finish, helping qualified residents find their next home. She coordinates showings, processes applications, and ensures a smooth move-in experience. Her responsiveness and commitment to service help Pro X maintain their impressive 15.4 day average time to lease.
Clayton Jones
Maintenance Technician
Clayton Jones is a Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in building upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance. He takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and running smoothly, with a strong focus on problem-solving and efficiency. Known for his dependable work ethic and attention to detail, Clayton is committed to delivering quality results and supporting both residents and staff.
