Pro X Property Management was founded after a frustrating journey through four different property management companies. Each one left us disappointed. We knew there had to be a better way.
That experience led us to build our company on two founding principles:

We charge a flat $299 regardless of what your property rents for.
Why does this matter?
When a management company makes more money every time a tenant leaves, they’re financially incentivized to do unit turns. They don’t benefit from keeping good residents in place.
Our flat fee means we’re motivated to retain quality tenants because turnover doesn’t benefit us. It benefits you.
